  We were recommended to contact Crooks for our Boiler issues. Lee contacted us on the morning of service to inform us he was headed out. Lee spoke with us on our concerns with the boiler after arriving. He provided us with recommendations/options and the work he felt which should be done on our boiler. Lee did the work expeditiously. There was one area of concern which he felt "lets give it 24 hours". He left his contact information. Later we noticed a pin hole leak and I informed Lee. He came back out later in the day and dealt with the leak and the other area of concern which ended up being a worn out pump. Needless to say, we were extremely impressed by our experience with Crooks Plumbing. Thank you for keeping us warm for another winter!!!

  Had 3 plumbing issues over the past month. I hate to admit that I am a master plumber's son but just could not resolve the issues. Gave AW a call and had a great experience with Lee. Lee was nice, pleasant, helpful and overall a top notch professional. Whoever owns this place should give this guy a raise. Exemplar employee for your company.

  A.W. Crooks repairman (Lee Shilling) was great in fixing our hot water Boiler. He explained to us everything he was doing and asked for our input. He explained to me why he had to do everything before he did it. If a part was good he told me that unless we wanted it changed for a new part it was OK to keep the part we had and cleaned the part up so it looked good. Lee was the type of person We love having help us when we have problems. We give Lee 10 Stars out of 10.
