  A friend gave me John's name and number. Our dryer died and as a new customer he still came within 48 hours. He had the part he needed with him and he fixed it immediately. The price was very fair and he was great. To add to an already good experience a completely separate issue occurred a few days later. He came right back out and fixed it without charging saying "this is how we do business" I will be texting him for all my repair needs.

  We were recommended A to Z by another repair service that could not come for 3 weeks. Having a non-working refrigerator we went ahead and called as referred. So glad we did! John came the same day and had us up and running within an hour. He was a lifesaver as we had our fridge contents in coolers outside. Thankfully, it was a common part he said which he keeps one on hand always. Certainly will call him FIRST the next time, if the need arises. Thanks, John!

  I used John two years ago and was very satisfied but never posted a review. Today I had a different appliance break. Called Dick Van Dyke only to find out I was 6 months out of warranty and it would take 6 days for them to come out. I did not have John's number but after spending a little time on the internet I found him again. I sent him a text (his preferred way of communicating) which he responded to within minutes. I gave him a very brief description of the problem, he responded he could be there the same day. John showed up on time, completed the work quickly and at a fair price. He also gave the same warranty on his work as the big guys. I would recommend him for any of your appliance repair needs.
