  Had someone come by because my water heater leaked through the night and flooded. First the guy cursed when I called to cancel. Then when he came in and quoted me a crazy price, he and his "helper" laughed in my face. Very rude. But also wanted to charge me a $180 fee for showing up, definitely didn't tell me that on the phone when I called. I recorded the whole conversation when he started to yell especially glad I did.

  Very expensive and they charge for every minute including driving around looking for parts they could call and check on. I had a hot water heater replaced and I almost had to pay for a unit that was under warranty because they didn’t get the serial number off of the sticker before peeling it off. Thank goodness I had it otherwise they would have made me pay $800 for a new hot water heater that had a perfectly in tact sticker when it left my house. Danny smells of alcohol and although he’s nice, his carpenter Grady Lemond likes to overcharge for his work. We also had a faucet need to be replaced in our guest bathroom and Danny did help us get our water back on by capping the lines but the tiles had to be busted and 4 tiles had to be replaced and Grady quoted us $1200 to fix 4 tiles! Ridiculous. Not knowing any better, I initially agreed to it and 2 weeks later, my bathroom is still broken and Danny had lost our phones numbers and Grady wouldn’t answer his phone. I wouldn’t recommend A Tech Plumbing to anyone due to cost and lack of reliability.

  Atech plumbing came through for me and made repairs and corrections from Mustang Plumbing job that left me without water. Appreciate they were prompt, courteous and quickly made repair.
