Mr. Cisneros was hired to replace the kitchen faucet. As he was entering the house He noticed the water heater and noticed right away many discrepancies. He explained the issues and advised the recommendation. He was hired to come out again and fix the problems. He installed a new expansion tank (blue), Installed a new drip pan, emergency shut off valve, He welded the copper pipes (they were not welded very unsafe). Excellent Work - I recommend and will calling him back again.

Second Opinion Plumbing went out of their way to help us resolve a water heater burst. Not only did Carlos come out after hours, he didn't charge us a penny until the work was completed to our satisfaction. He worked well with the restoration company and had great communication. He also cleaned up after his work and all of our issues were resolved with clear explanation. He also replaced a leaking kitchen faucet and faulty washing machine shut off valves. I will be contacting Second Opinion Plumbing for any future needs and I highly recommend.
