  Tony Sweigart with A&S Heating & Cooling is a life saver. My daughter had a pipe break in the middle of the night on Easter. We couldn’t find a plumber, but got the main water turned off. Tried all day to find a plumber - willing or able to come & check it out. No one in the area would even come to work on a trailer plumbing, travel to our area - and if they did, they had no openings for at least a week (so much for emergency plumbing). Even called Home Advisor & got referrals - to no avail. You can’t go a week with no water at all. I got in touch with Tony from A&S Mechanical Heating & Cooling in New Columbia & while he said he doesn’t normally work on trailers, he was willing to come & check it out that day. He came by, was incredibly professional, polite & helpful. Not only did he look - he got it fixed ASAP on the spot. He has earned my complete respect & appreciation & will now be our go to plumber for ALL of our plumbing needs. If you need a plumber, I highly recommend him. I would give him 10 🌟 if I could. Thank you so much for coming to our rescue!!!! Top notch professional for sure!!!

  First of all, I want everyone to know that I have taken steps to resolve the following issue with company by phone and email for over a week and a half now with no efforts on their end to resolve issue. I love supporting local ethical companies, but when a company ignores you and price gouges, then folks should know about them. This company is very unethical and prices are through the roof. We had a central ac that needed serviced and this is how things played out: On 5/20/21 we paid $285 for a service call that lasted from 12:38 to 1:30 (tech worked at ac from 12:42 - 1:21). The problem was not fixed on the first repair, so we called back and got rescheduled to be serviced on 5/26/21.This service call lasted from 10:48 to 11:23 (tech worked at ac from 10:54 -11:10). We received another bill this time for $150 and my wife paid it because payment is immediately expected. I called in to try to renegotiate pricing and asked if company thought those prices were fair and I was told that my concerns would be addressed with owner and that I would get a call back. I never received a call back as of 6/5/21 and my email has been ignored as well. $435 is a HUGE amount of money for 55 minutes of work and a capacitor. We have the service visits video recorded at our home. I would NOT recommend giving this company any of your business.
