  I called and Terry answered. He was honest, and said he had just shown up on another job but would call me when he finished it. And then he did call me. He said he was about a half an hour away. And he got here in half an hour. My main drain had clogged. My homeowner style snake was not up to the job. My basement had some standing water. Terry asked several intelligent questions in order to diagnose the most likely problem, and then got to work. In not much time he had the drain open and cleaned up some of the water. He charged me the low end of what he estimated over the phone. I would certainly recommend Terry to anyone with a drain problem. He's reliable, fast and reasonably priced.
