A&R helped us out tremendously on a holiday weekend, long story short we had a problem and needed to figure out what was going on. Sam, the driver, went above and beyond on a cold snowy Saturday evening for us. We then had two more appointments with Ben to determine what our problem was. After the issue was found both Ben & Jacob went out of their way to help get to a possible resolution, including making contact with another company (as courtesy to both them & us) to discuss the findings. Honest, knowledgeable, & so helpful!! Only wastewater management company we will call from now on!!

Great service, great managers, great workers and a wonderful leader in Jacob. We bought a new home knowing nothing of Simonton Lake Conservancy but these folks educated us and took great care of us!

A&R was easy to work with for the septic installation. Their crew was professional and work completed on a timely basis. Everything was backfilled and smoothed out better than expected.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. A&R came out to our house to complete an analysis on our septic system (which took them 2 weeks to do even though they said it would take them 2 days.) They informed us that we needed a new septic system, which is fine. I called to get a quote done on the septic system, WHICH TOOK THEM 6 WEEKS after they said it would take a week for them to complete. When I finally called a month and a half later, they conveniently told me they would have somebody out the next day (which they lied about) and they would have a quote to me by the end of the week (which they also lied about) A week later I call again to see where my quote is, and they surprisingly never did it and said I was on the schedule for the next day. This is where I lost it and exploded. This is NOT the way you treat a customer. I would never go back to A&R even if they offered me a free septic system install, they are completely unprofessional.

I’m deeply sorry for your experience and I’ve tried to reach out to you. I hope we can resolve this and we have had some issues with our communication in the last four months with working remotely and working through those kinks and it’s not our typical business practice. It is just an excuse, but we pride ourselves on doing great work and having good customer service.

I had them come pump septic tank that went well. Was pleased with service. What I am not pleased with is my inquiries about other services I was told they offer. Have called them a couple of times about what the technician told me, I would have hired them to do additional work but they will not call back huge disappointment. This reflects badly on them.  a yes or no is all I need. When it comes time to get tank pumped again in a few years this will be remembered.

We appreciate your review based on your experience. I’m glad we took care of the septic tank cleaning to your satisfaction. However, the lack of follow up isn’t typical. We are still working on getting back to clients and not losing calls with our office staff working remotely on and off.
