  This company was referred to me by Powell-Clinch Utility District, for plumbing of a drain tube from a tankless water heater. I took their reference and called the company. The installation included approx 10 feet of PVC pipe, and a 110 outlet extension of about 6 feet. The installation looked good, so I asked the technician to replace some faucet valves as well. He started that job. I paid him for everything, ($650) and haven't seen him since. I would not use them again, based on the service I received so far.

  I have not even hired them yet, but I've literally called at least 20 different electricians (just today) and A Quality is literally the only one that actually answered the phone. No one else has even called me back and/or I wasn't even able to leave a message So just by that I think they are better than any one else in my area. I will repost if/when I actually use their services. Thanks Doc.

  Great company, same day service! AC wasn't getting power, Doc came out in 4 degree weather and fixed the problem as if it was something easy, which it was not. Highly skilled in their trade and I wouldn't waste my time calling any other company. Special thanks to Doc for being so polite and respectful of my home. You saved me a lot of frustration I couldn't be more thankful. You also gave me such a fair price and I really appreciate that. What other company is going to help you out when it's 4 degrees outside. Thanks you guys!
