The Service expert was very informative provided me with years of his experience dealing with Ac units he described my problems almost better than I would . He provided options to solving my issue . He confirmed my research on heat pumps and information I have forgotten over the years . The service technicians were prompt ,efficient ,courteous ,clean and informative also. I feel like I made the right choice.. I have worked with them before I’m glade I went to them for this project..my stress is leaving the situation..

Scam artist. Mr. Earl tried to sell me a 42k contract for two units, do these units operate in space you ask? No. 24k for the two "high tech" units and another 19k for the 10 year (depreciating) service contract. Thankfully I called for a second opinion from a competitor, who free of charge, identified the thermostat as the culprit. Haven't had an issue since. Fast forward a year and my mother calls because the blower goes out. Ole Antwone and Earl after saying the unit was full of rust and needed replacing at 13k, gets fact checked by the same competitor who says there's no rust (took pictures) and that the induction blower needs replacing on a 9 yo unit. A-Plus has an amazing tech that works for them and he would be the only one allowed in my house but this salesman and specific tech have an ethics problem. And with that, A-Plus no longer has two customers. Pay more, steer clear of these con men.

I paid them to come out and fix my heat. The guy installed the wrong battery in my furnace after my instructing him not too do anything until I got a price and he cut the wires in my Furnace. He told me that I would need a brand new system and it would cost hundreds to thousands of dollars. I had another guy come out the same day (Today 12/24/20) and he fixed my system in 30 minutes and confirmed that wires had been cut that may effect my furnace (Photo Below). If you all do not refund what I paid you and what it cost to ACTUALLY GET IT FIXED! I WILL BE TAKING YOU TO COURT! Why you would do this to someone on Christmas Eve I Don't know but shame on You!
