  Absolutely horrible company. My home warranty company set them as the contractor to do a repair. After a week they never contacted us. I called the warranty company ad was told they would be out between 1 and 5 on a Thursday. Thursday came and went and they never showed. We contacted the warranty company again and they said we were on the schedule for the next day. The next day my wife took off work again and they never showed. Contacted the warranty company and they said they were running late. Another hour went by and the plumbing company finally called me to tell me they were at least 45 minutes away. Zero communication and customer service. Run, run far away from this company.
