  My wife and I had them install a new water heater and AC unit when we first moved into our house which they did in a tomely manner. Fast forward a couple years and we’re redoing our basement and we called them to see if they could come move the water heater closer to the furnace. They gave my wife excuse after excuse for three weeks until I called and inquired about the issue. They claimed they were swamped and couldnt get to our job for another few weeks. That probably wouldn’t have been a big deal but that meant that it would have been a month and a half trying to get them to do a job. The guy that answered the phone didn’t really seem to care and told me to inquire Day plumbing about the job.
