  Showed up at our house. Didn't defrost any of the pipes. Said we should insulate and then put on a heater. Doesn't insulation also stop heat from going through? drain the tub. Didn't unfreeze the pipes that were frozen. Would never recommend this person. I would not even give this person on one star.

  If you are going to have your business up on the Internet, you should at least have your hours of operation posted. You posted your business on here praying to god nobody would call, why wouldn’t you get extra money on weekends. Don’t even bother to call back then and say “oh I won’t be doing work today” really, never calling this place ever again
