This company was helpful from the first call! Sadly I did get zero help from everywhere I called for days until I found these guys online. Sending over Jeremy to fix this problem... they sent the best we had a major issue. I highly recommend Jeremy! Professional and a very experienced plumber. completely impressed! Our main water line froze and pipes busted down the line then the next day the sewer drains froze before we could thaw the rest of the lines.. things all went to ****! Literally backing up at that point and with no places giving me a chance or fitting my home in... these guys did! We just bought this house and it's been a nightmare so far but we are commited... so having a good plumber is essential but getting the best 👌 that was amazing. By the time school let out and the kids came home we had running water hot and cold... and toilets flushing better than they did before! Jeremy is your guy! Thank you for making our first home a working one they even offered water damage help. Glad I didn't give up and made one more call. I recommend making these guys the first call! They are worth every penny and don't run you around endless circles.

I had a severe sewage flood from the main inlet to the city sewer. I called around local places with no answer before my brother gave me they’re number. They responded immediately and Charles was able to to come out immediately. Assessed the situation and said he had to bring the big tools the next to snake and camera. He showed up the next day on time on a Sunday and fixed everything. Charles even checked the sub pump which we had issues with and was helpful enough to help me fix and diagnose that. Overall. The company was great. Quick to respond. And my tech that showed up was amazing.

Would not recommend this company. The work they did was fine so far. However, we had many issues during the process. We called A&J because our downstairs toilet was overflowing in a split level house. Totaled over $10,000 with an unnecessary Jet Blast. 1- We 1st reported the problem on December 19th. They did not complete the job until January 17th. The communication was poor between A&J and customer. Also, their were major issues in their hand written estimates. Our insurance company had no clue on what exactly the company was going to do to fix the problem. The insurance company also had many questions for A&J and they did not act in a timely manner or respond to the insurance agent call/questions. These were questions mainly about their written estimates that I couldn't answer myself. A&J made it clear that the final payment had to be submitted right away when they finish the job but failed to provide proper and clear estimates. We had to pay for the job upfront on a personal credit card and were fortunate enough to have a high enough credit limit to handle the bill or I'm not sure what we would of been able to do. 2- The most unbelievable part was when we turned the final bill into the insurance company! None of the numbers on the final bill equaled up to the amount that was charged to my credit card. They had to rewrite the bill 3 more times to get it right. Was absolutely shady on their end. We really had no clue what were were even paying for at that point. You would believe that when you get a final bill the numbers would be close. When our insurance agent looked at the numbers, he said I either owed the company another $800 or I over paid by $1,200. When we got the 3rd rewritten bill it magically balanced out to what they charged my card. 3- They charged $1,500 for a jet blast that was not needed and not covered by insurance. This took them three days from the original call to arrive at the house and even tell us what the problem was. They also wanted to charge $350 to remove the toilet. I was able to do that myself. Meanwhile, we were living in the house where we were unable to shower or use the bathroom. 4-We had two occasions where they didn't even show up. We have a dog at home and both work full time jobs. We had to make sure the dog was put away in a room up each time they were going to arrive and we couldn't even get a call/text stating they could not make it. Still to this day they never retuned to put a plug in the laundry room drain, or come and reset the toilet. I told them to not come back and I'll do it myself. 5-To add to the poor communication, we had major issues with the floor tile removal. They requested that their sister company come in and give us an estimate and test for asbestos. This process was supposed to be completed before A&J came in to do their work. Their sister company stated they do not give estimates unless the job is guaranteed. This was another huge red flag. The asbestos test came back negative and we couldn't wait any longer to get on their sister company schedule. We decided to go to home depot and rented a mini jackhammer to remove the tile ourselves so that A&J could come in right away and start. 6-They left the place a mess. We still have dirt in the garage, and concrete splashed on our walls. Thought they could of really done a better job with this part. The tech, when he was around, was a nice person. Thought he worked very hard and was informative. The whole experience with the company was not good!
