  Let me start off by saying it took Benjamin and his team 5 yes FIVE WEEKS to complete a 10x12 concrete slab. Yes there was some rainy days here and there. They came super late, a couple times even staying until after 10pm. After the concrete was laid it did not look well AT ALL and Benjamin acknowledged that. He admitted he didn’t know what he was doing when it came to resurfacing so he hired a friend of his to resurface the concrete and paint it. We wanted to give him a chance to fix it since they did a good job at leveling the ground. The job is now complete and we’re not satisfied with it. The edges are already starting to crack and overall it’s just not a nice looking slab. We only paid for the concrete as Benjamin didn’t charge us for the poor job done. They also took one of our nice shovels and have yet to return it. I don’t like writing poor reviews as Benjamin was always nice but it’s just not a nice looking concrete patio.

  I had several small repairs for Benjamin to take care of on a rental property. I live out of state so it is difficult to find honest reliable service. Benjamin was professional, accommodating and attentive. He let me know what was needed, the timeline of completion and the costs. He went above and beyond to take a quick survey of the house to let me know if there was anything that required my attention. I am very happy with his service and I advised him that I will be using his services from now on.

  Do not hire this company. 0 stars if I could. I hired Benjamin to pour a 10x12 concrete pad in my backyard. I should’ve listened to my gut and fire Benjamin when they would come to my property to work at 9 PM regularly. How does a supposed professional company do construction work up until midnight think that’s normal????! Anyways, fast forward to the pour, The most sloppy concrete work I’ve ever seen. Not only is the pad sloppy and most likely will need to be torn out and redone, they did not clean up any mess they made to include dig up dirt, rock , and dried up concrete all over my screened in enclosure. It’s been a over 2 weeks since the pour, and Benjamin has not come back once. As the owner , he does not even care to come and fix the work, instead he makes me false promises multiple times that his team will come and fix it. The pad still has its forms on it too. Do yourselves a favor and hire a professional, this company is far from it.

  Mr. Lopez received a $3000 pad for free. Told me he would change his review if I fixed what my tech. messed up. I guess Mr. Lopez has never made a mistake or hired a bad employee.
