  Waste of time setting up an appointment because they did not show up for the appointment. They also did not even have the courtesy to call to say they were not coming and would not even respond when I attempted to contact them after the appointment time to see if they were going to come. They really don't deserve 1 star, but apparently it is required to give a review. Totally inept and unprofessional, when all you had to do was let me know you were not going to keep the appt. you set.

  Heath had our issue figured out in minutes even with the tank being under the front porch. Tank pumped and main line cleared in no time. Very professional work, friendly service, and all at a good price. Talked to him at 8:30 this morning, he got to my home around 3, and done by 4. If I ever need any drain or septic work done again, The drain doctor is who I’ll call. Excellent work.
