  Wow, it is NO surprise this company has such poor reviews. We used them to install our new dishwasher which was not installed properly as they left the old hose. It is common knowledge that a new hose is to be installed with a new dishwasher. So after three days the dishwasher stopped draining. We knew it was the hose. Sean came back to take a look, unclogged the old hose from where it connects to the sink and said it should be fine but if there were more problems to call him back. He never bothered to take out the dishwasher to check the connection from the back of the dishwasher. Sure enough three days later it again fails to drain. We tried to be nice even though we KNEW the hose should have been replaced. Sean said if there are more problems to call him back and he would then replace the hose, which if this company did this properly and were professional, it would have been done to begin with. So, when I called today to ask for Sean to come back the woman was incredibly rude and took absolutely no responsibility for it not being installed properly. To top it all off she basically called me and my husband liars stating that Sean never said he could replace the line. Calling your customer a liar!? Never in my life have I experienced such despicable treatment. These people are unprofessional, rude, and clearly lazy as they don’t want to do their job properly. Stay far, far away!!!

  I am the owner of A Clear Choice and I am responding to Beth - Tiny Cook below. For some odd reason Google does not allow me to respond directly. We installed a dishwasher for her, we dealt with her husband. The dishwasher is in a corner island which does not enable us to remove the hose because it is fastened behind the cabinet. Her husband was aware of this. They called to have us come back because the dishwasher was "clogged". We took a video of the dishwasher working perfectly. The husband said to us on a recorded line, that he took a wire hangar and tried to push it through to "unclog" the hose. When Beth asked if we were calling her and her husband liars is when we decided it was better we no longer speak to her and referred her back to the retailer. This installation was contracted through a retailer that we subcontract appliance installs from. There is only so much we can do legally per our contract. The retailer offered Beth their appliance repair company to come out to see if there was a defect of some sort, she refused and stated she will call the BBB. This is exactly the reason we will not dismantle her cabinets, there is no making Beth happy.

  I called Clear Choice to have a vanity installed in my master bath. They were amazing!! I spoke with Janice at length as to how important this install was to us and she was extremely helpful. The installer was awesome/professional and did a beautiful job!! We are SO happy with our new vanity and will definitely use Clear Choice for any future plumbing issues!!
