  Thank you! Vern and his crew for the truly above and beyond service. When it comes to service quality, professionalism, customer care, and the best value, I agree 100% with 5 stars reviews, therefore, I am excited to share my encounter with the A-Atlantic team. I was in a very sticky and leaky situation where my main water line has been leaking underground and needless to say it was costing me $$$. Upon my inquiry, Vernon arrived on time and proposed the most efficient way to resolve the problem compare to the four different proposals that I received. Since my costly issue occurs once in a blue moon, I wanted to make sure the job was done right in the first place and they have knocked it out of the park. Again greatly appreciated your team's excellent work! On a side note - in my opinion, A stands for the A-Team. " If you have a problem if no one else can help, and if you can find them, maybe you can hire... the A-Team."

  These guys are INCREDIBLE! I recently moved into an old house and the bathtub/shower would not drain. After a failed experience with another company trying to unclog it (and the other company saying I would have to pay over $1k to replace a long section of pipe!) these guys were able to unclog the drain! Their "magical formula" worked to unclog my 70yr old pipes and now I can use my bathtub/shower! The entire experience was great. They came on the same day, they were responsive to all my questions, and the plumbers worked hard the entire time and did not leave until everything was flowing smoothly. HIGHLY recommend these guys!

  A-Atlantic Plumbing & Drain Service is an OUTSTANDING company.  Vern the Master Plumber arrived with two additional plumbing staff members to complete a project of changing some shut-off valves at my home.  The plumbers did excellent work and they were so neat, efficient and professional. Work looks great!  Also, Vern provided me with a consultation and evaluation for needed repairs to two exterior sump pump connections that have been leaking outside for some time now.  Keeping these pumps in good working order is vital at my home. Vern walked us through the scope of the proposed repairs, made me feel more confident about the repairs and I will be scheduling this work next on the list. Vern is so amazing.  He also spent EXTRA time with us outside walking the entire perimeter of my home discussing some grading/drainage concerns we have been focused on for MANY months now.  He probably spent at least an extra hour or more with us and made great suggestions for improvements.  He never rushed us and I really appreciated his advice, time, and kindness.  I also want to thank Gary at the office for all the help he provided me in scheduling and planning my work.  I sent Gary photographs and we spoke many times to get the work requests squared away and posted for Vern's review.  Gary is so great to work with and he even called me immediately after my visit to check on things and to set up my next visit.  Thank you so much to all these great guys!
