Timeliness... Was on time and on a holiday... Sorry guys! Problem resolution... requested pictures to identify parts needed and had what they needed when they came. Professionalism... courteous, straight to the point and fast. Really happy with the service received.

Sadly, some home emergencies may occur on weekends or after hours and responding service techs don’t treat them as such. Well, this is a case of no hot water (water pouring out of our water heater) on weekend that dipped to 30 degrees with sickness in the house. Given these circumstances, we considered this an emergency—I’d argue many others would but my perception of the A-American Plumbing service tech is, he did not. A-American Plumbing just wasn’t a good fit for us.

Over the past several years I have used A American Plumbing several times for various issues in our 22 year old home. From my first call in to the office to schedule an appointment, through the actual service call visit, I have routinely experienced efficient and professional customer service. The technicians are prompt and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company.
