  Poor Quality- Brand New unit leaking, broken UV bulb Poor Value-upgraded unit doesn’t put heat out like the 20 year old unit did. Not Professional, not responsive, not on time-- unit leaking water all over the floor. I was told by scheduling that installing the part on back order would only take a few minutes when it took hours to complete ( I don’t fault the technician for this, I just think it’s possible scheduling is smoke and mirrors in this case, tell the customer what sounds good). Schedules appointments only to leave me hanging all day without so much as a text or phone call to let me know they’re not coming! Rescheduled appointment knowing a snow fall of 1-3” coming only to call the next day to cancel the day of scheduled service! What was the point of scheduling if you’re going to cancel anyway? Other reasons I’m not thrilled with A-Advanced- Told me I wouldn’t make a payment until my unit was installed, up and running (not true). By the way, you’d be amazed at who this company will send into your home(background check). The scheduling department is hit or miss (depends on who you speak with) some are rude some are professional. Long and short I’ve had a less than satisfying experience with A-Advanced once they got my money (I was no longer a valued customer, not at all a priority). They send multiple technicians to your home ( one works while the other stands around and talks about how accomplished he is in such a short period of time). Best to shop for a company that sees the job all the way through in a reasonable amount of time. Find a company that stands behind their appointments with you like a promise not to be broken.

  Everyone my wife and I spoke with before the job began was freindly and very responsive. Unfortunately, once the job began the issues arose. The gentlemen (one of whom did the estimate) who came to install our unit arrived around 10:30 in the morning and then had to leave for several hours to get more equipment. They then left the job unfinished at 9:30 pm, but left us without heat for the night in winter because the new system's emergency heat kept tripping the breaker. When the repair tech came the next day, he discovered the crew from the previous day improperly installed wires in 2 different places, which was the cause of the breaker tripping. After of week of delays, admittedly some of it outside of their control due to weather, they finally were able to get the job completed. Unfortunately, their friendly and responsive demeanor changed once they were paid. I have still not heard from anyone from their office despite they woud be reaching out to address the issues of the job. Out trim for the inside unit is still a mess and I have had to clean up their mess inside my home. I would not recommend this company.

  A-Advanced Home Services technicians and staff provided outstanding service replacing my electrical panel. They saw the project through from beginning to end keeping my abreast every step of the way. I would not hesitate to use them again.
