  This company is an absolute joke. They sent a guy out to a house I am selling to inspect the septic tank, the man who showed up looked inside of the clean out hole and said he will not dig more than one foot deep and the tank looks 2 foot deep there for he can't inspect it. And because he could not see the tank he was going to fail the inspection! He also said the tank look like an aerator system which it is not and refused to stop calling it that even though he said he couldn't be sure what it was unless he dug it up. Luckily he called his boss who told him not to fail the inspection but instead ignore it meaning we have to get another inspector. The problem is we still had to pay this guy for coming out even though he refused to do the job that he was hired to do. Stay as far away from this company as you possibly can
