  I called with a severe water problem with a broken pipe. I was told the plumbers were busy but one would be out to my house this afternoon. Well, it's after 6:00 p.m., I got a hold of the after hours service who had a plumber call me and said he was sorry, but they are too busy...I wish I would have known that this morning when I first called! NOT good business!!! :(

  Sorry you had this experience with my company. We are usually really good with scheduling but it looks like we blew it on this one. I would be willing to give you a free AC tune up to make it up to you if you are interested.

  We had one AC unit go out on us over the weekend and then the other unit failed trying to cool the whole house in this extreme heat wave. Called first thing the next business day and we had a repairman out to our house that afternoon, checking both units; repairing one and replacing the thermostat in the other. We were so impressed that we would have same-day repair! We have used A-1 for several years and I will continue with them and refer them for many more. We are very appreciative of your services! Thank you so much!

  Awesome guys. Came out within a few hours of calling. It ended up being a small job so they fixed it for free and went on their way. We'll use them for everything in the future.
