  Septic was pumped out and cleaned. Never seen anyone clean it as good as they do. Young man name Rayan came out a very respectable and friendly guy. So happy we found you all.

  They installed a new system that never worked. They blamed it on everything else but their own incompetence. After she was informed it didn’t work she did give options to fix it but it’s been 2 weeks since we’ve heard back from owner. Since then we’ve had 3 different septic companies out to look at issue. We were told it was installed up hill and that they used the wrong field lines and that they over charged us by $2000. The new system was apparently unnecessary. There were roots clogging the line into the old tank which A-1 saw and proclaimed the tank is old and probably full of roots. We had the tank looked into and it’s in perfect working condition. She did not even look inside the old tank. Anyway, she oversold us on a new worthless system she put in. We have heard from 3 septic tank business that she has a bad reputation and does not know what she is doing.

  Mr. Gamble I am sorry you had a bad experience with our business. I do remember you and your wife. Danny called the number 3 different times and got no answer. He pulled up at your residence and blew the horn numerous times and that horn is not a car horn. It is very loud. He left because no one came out. We cannot pump tanks without someone at home unless arrangements are made ahead of time. We are on a 7am to 3pm dumping our truck schedule not because of us but the gates close at the facilities. I do believe you told him your wife was home all day and she was next door. I do not know why she did not hear that loud horn. When this situation happens we call our next customer and go pump their tank because they are in need of our services also. If we sat in your yard and waited for hours we would not get our jobs done. Again I am sorry for your experience but some people are not going to be happy.
