  Harold didn’t give me a time or day of when he was coming. He just called and said were in your street at 7;00am, which I was not prepared for. It had been raining and the ground was still soft from all the rain. They backed their huge truck up into my yard. Leaving huge deep ruts in my yard then turned they wheels tight on my asphalt breaking it apart. When I called him and told him he got very curt and told me “ well you wanted me to Come out.” Like it’s my fault he damaged my yard and driveway. A person who has been in business over 20 years should know the weight of his truck and know it’s going to damage property. If I had any idea I would have just told him to come another time. I sent him pics and he never even responded back. I told him he should refund me some money back and have never heard a word from him. So for this reason I would not recommend this company!!

  Called their number and left a message. Received a quick call back from Harold. Got an estimate and set an appointment. Received text message and call on day of the appointment. Since I haven't been in this house long, I was onsite for the tank pumping so I could learn more about this septic system. Harold was a wealth of knowledge and shared it as he worked. He and Chris had to dig up two of the three access ports on my tank. They were quick and they were careful not to damage anything. They also left the site in good condition. If you use these guys, it's obvious that they are serious about doing a good job and care about their customers. I would recommend A-1 Septic Service to anyone in the Collin County area.

  I called and left a message. Harold called me back, gave me an estimated price and estimated time of arrival. Both were right on the money. He even called of the morning the appointment to confirm his expected time of arrival. Based on my experience, I would use them again and recommend them to others.
