  Two days after I got home from a trip, my septic system completely clogged up; thank heaven my house sitter didn't have to deal with it. None of the usual home tactics worked. After one week of limping along, I called for help. The person taking the call said they should be able to get to me first thing before a later appointment. Todd came out, cleared the clean-out under the porch, and realized there was a more substantial problem. I had him send in a camera to facilitate the diagnosis. He discovered the trouble immediately. He cleaned the septic tank and had a worker come and pump out the system (which I have done every year or two anyway). We determined that the stoppage was right beside the septic pump that sends the effluence to the septic tank. Two days later, Todd, two sons, and another worker came with a tracked digger. They neatly dug down to the problem and discovered that the initial installer had not packed the earth under the pipe entering the pump cylinder. Over 18 years, the pipe and an angle bracket sagged, weakened and split, opening a 1-inch gap several inches long. How long my septic system had been leaching at that point down into the ground, who knows? Todd and crew replaced the pipe/bracket, tamped the earth hard under them, and expertly filled in the hole, moving the machine back to my drive and rebuilding my split rail fences perfectly as they left. What amazed me was how lightly they touched my property as they went in to my septic area and back out. Very respectful, very careful... They are now my go-to septic service for sure.

  Steven was the technician. He was outstanding, professional, knowledgeable, efficient and personable. Cindy scheduled him for 10:00AM and he called just before that time saying he was on his way. The whole experience was first rate and the price was right. We will continue to use them for any septic issues.

  Called for service and they came the following day. The two young men were professional and courteous. They completed the job very quickly. I must say this is a company you can definitely trust to do a great job.
