  Recently we had a major leak under our house. Leaking sewage, horrible smells, it was just a mess. A-1 came out and diagnosed the problem and said it was the main line and it would cost 4 thousand to fix. They spent a full day with 2 workers fixing the issue. We thought the problem was fixed and everything was fine. A week later we had to have some duct work done and the HVAC guys said we still had a leak. I called A-1 again and they immediately sent someone out and they said the issue fell into a "gray" area of something that possibly could have been damaged when they did the major repair. I had this sinking feeling we were in for another huge bill BUT they completely covered the repair which would have been very costly. I found their honestly and great customer service very refreshing. Todd was amazing and very knowledgeable just like the first 2 plumbers were. Their employees are skilled, polite and hard working. I would recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs from a large job to just a simple repair. They are fabulous! Thanks A-1! Shannah Eastridge

  I have now used this company 3 times (2 times for work and once for my own house). Each time they are friendly, helpful, and most importantly ON TIME! They tell me when they are on their way and keep open communication and were never late. They clean up after themselves and they do a beautiful job and make everything look amazing. I will continue to use their services whenever I am in need and I highly recommend this company.
