  Service was excellent they install a brand new hot water heater last year, because my when out. When they arrive we didn’t realize my couldn’t be fix, so they sold me one of there’s when to shop and got it installed and the next morning we return the other one back to Home Depot still had a warranty refunded me back a cash refund. The point I’m getting to now today January 24-20 I’ve taken a morning shower no hot I called A1Peterson Plumbing left a message, Richard was here early this morning fixing the problem. Thanks again A1 Peterson Plumbing

  A-1 Plumbing absolutely awful! 25 minutes before scheduled appointment the assistant called my home to confirm I was there. When I didn't answer the assistant canceled my appointment and sent plumbers to next job. 20min after scheduled appointment I called to ask when the plumbers would arrive. The assistant shared with me because she didn't get a confirmation that someone was home she sent plumbers to a different job. The reason I'm writing this poor review is due to the facts that I 1. called to set up appointment the day before. 2. The assistant didn't mention in original call that "if I didn't answer she would cancel appointment." 3. A-1 Plumbing's assistant didn't leave message. 4. Assistant didn't make an additional attempt at calling me to see if I was home. 5. Why wouldn't A-1 Plumbing show up at scheduled appointment and if homeowner wasn't there leave message and move to next job. Where is the customer service? A-1 Plumbing lacks professionalism! Be aware that A-1 Plumbing doesn't follow the basic rule: "Do what you said you would do when you said your would do it.".
