  From the first meeting with Chris & Michelle they were friendly, professional, attentive and helpful. Our discussed with us what there thoughts were for our concrete need and listened to our thoughts on it. They helped us work around our schedule to make a long awaited project come to a wonderful finish. They didn't leave my yard a mess and picked/cleaned up after the work was done. You will not go wrong in choosing A-1 Foundation Solutions for you project needs. We will be using them again and definitely refer them to anyone that ask us. Thank you Chris & Michelle.

  Michelle, Chris and their whole team were wonderful to work with. We had very large cracks in our 90 year old foundation that caused our basement to flood in even moderately rainy weather. They excavated around the entire house, sealed the cracks, waterproofed with 2 layers of protective lining, put in two sump pumps, and re poured the cement porch that had to be removed in order to get to the space underneath. It was a huge job. They are highly conscientious, competent, and thorough, working with such care that they managed to save a gorgeous old maple tree that stands a mere 3 or 4 feet from the house - way too close! When a spot in the foundation proved to continue leaking after the work had initially been done, they responded immediately and brought the team back right away to fix the problem - no question, no hassle. The job was completed on time, at the quoted price, with a smile and positive attitude every day. We can't recommend them enough.
