  I called them at 9:00 in the morning told them I needed my septic tank emptied and my lines cleared. Septic tank was emptied by 10:30 the same morning. Very polite respectful men.. plumber is out 45 minutes later and did an excellent job... Everything was finished by noon!.. within 3 hours! And they had the lowest price of the four that I had called. Highly recommend

  Please do not patronize this business. A-1 demolished my sprinkler system when digging. They assessed my property over a month before showing up to get started. They were aware I had sprinklers and told me right before they began digging that they could not be held responsible for my sprinkler system. It had took them so long to come and my situation was pretty bad. They stated they would be careful and try to avoid them. I agreed as long as they would be careful and try to avoid. They did not use care at all. They demolished my sprinkler system. Major damage was done. The person who repaired my sprinkler system showed me his analogy of how A-1 Brantley did not take any concern in trying to avoid my sprinklers. They also did not level my yard off when they were done. My septic tank is in my front yard and they left it in terrible shape. It was uneven and large rocks were everywhere. I repaired my sprinkler system but I asked them to please come back out and level my yard back out. The owner stated that they were not obligated to do so and and stated he would as a courtesy. He never showed up to do it..and I called numerous times....and they had the equipment to do so but never did. They wouldn't even work with USAA to try to get it paid by them. The USAA representative stated that the receptionist hung up in her face when she called. She stated the report hung up as soon as she stated who she was and calling on my behalf. People often state, we as blacks should support black businesses...well I did and this what happened. I was referred to call them for services, but I would have not contacted them otherwise. They did not treat me fairly and I want the public to know. I don't mind paying whatever the cost for good service, but I want to be treated fairly with dignity and respect. I didn't receive this with A-1 Brantley. I was good to the workers as well. I made sure they had plenty of drinks such as sodas water and Gatorade to stay hydrated as they are working. I even offered to buy their lunches as well. . Just wasn't treated fairly and they could have made things right with me.

  Handy manny service had to go out to one of there customers home to smooth and fill holes in her yard after this company destroyed her yard. This company is a liability and there work ethic is horrible. If they have no values than they will definitely not value your property. For the money that is paid you should get quality service. I'm saying this cause I seen the havoc they left behind.
