  Also trading as "BIG JACK'S APPLIANCE REPAIR" (same people, same address, same phone number) - they routinely steal from big businesses. A common thing (judging by reviews on Yelp and elsewhere) is to sign up to do repairs for big companies (LG, Best Buy and others) - then don't call the customer, don't do any work, don't answer the phone always have a full voicemail) - and then eventually just report that they work was already done. I had this problem with LG not repairing my brand new oven...LG eventually told me that the work had already been done!! These guys are scammers - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

  My biggest concern was the very poor communication. I was initially told I would be emailed invoice for repair costs and then a final statement. I should have known that when i received neither i was headed down the wrong road. They billed my credit card for labor and parts upfront. The refrigerator continued to have problems. I was told by very nice repair man to call the office for additional parts quotes. I must have called 10-15 times and left messages. I have yet to have a quote and refrigerator still exhibits original service concern. It seems like they just dont want to be bothered. If it was going to cost more to fix than a new refrigerator, they should have conveyed that information to me. I simply gave up calling.

  Contacted for my broken dishwasher. They came and did the diagnosis. I paid them for diag, hired them and filed claim with insurance for payment of repair. Its been weeks, they haven't contacted the insurance for their end of the claim. Ive made calls to them to get the repairs done and they either make excuses or dont return calls. If they didn't want the job, all they had to do was say so and i could have hired someone else.
