I'm a loan officer working with a very deserving family trying to get them into their forever home after suffering a horrible unexpected loss. The appraisal on the home they are purchasing highlighted old water stains on porch ceiling. In order to keep purchase together a mold inspection was required immediately. Brent has been amazing to work with. He worked with us to get the test strip and filters collected immediately so they could be overnighted to lab to get results back ASAP. Super polite, professional, affordable, honest and thrilled that he was willing to go above and beyond to help this family. Makes me proud to be part of Mid-Missouri. I have added him to my permanent contacts and will absolutely will refer him every opportunity that comes my way to do so!

We had a septic system failure that was discovered on Saturday of Memorial weekend. We made 1 phone call to this business and immediately was provided a technician and ETA. Brent (our technician for this mess), was absolutely the best. He worked at our house for 4 days and upon completion the damaged area was pristine, and contractor ready for repair. Brent provided me the documents needed for my insurance claim and were accepted by our adjustor without any issue. Hope I never need this type of service again, but if I do, they will get my first phone call.

Brent from 911 restoration was extremely responsive, professional, and really cares about the fine details in his work. He came out late at night on my time and way out of his way to make sure the job got done. I had 1300 gallons of water stuck in my basement and due to his quick response a lot of damage was mitigated. Will use this service in the future, highly recommended! -Tyler
