  Long story short I messed up my shower arm and disconnected it from the water sorce within the wall trying to replace a head. They came over and gave me a free estimate and a very reasonable quote for parts and labor. They had the job done quickly and was very considerate of my home. I'm very satisfied!

  I called all over Great Falls to get help with a major plumbing issue in my new home many didn’t even respond and others had more than a two week wait. But 911 not only answered but were able to give me a quick appointment and came a day earlier than scheduled when they fit me in after a cancellation. The plumber quickly assessed the situation and fixed the issue professionally and with care. He also gave me advice for a future remodel. I consider 911 “my” plumber now and will use them in the future.

  So nice guys came out. Day one Monday tried to snake my drain but couldn't get it to drain. They put the sink back together but it was leaking everywhere. We set up an appointment for Thurs for them to replace the galvanized pipes. The guys didn't show up even though the appointment was made. I was told the bill would be $595 once the guys finally showed up. I received a bill for $995. Either people running it are the ones doing this to screw people out of money or they are just run so terribly you never get the right price Use them at your own risk of being charged double for no reason!

  Aaron, thank you for your perception of events. We have a different perception of vents. We were not able to clear your old galvanized drain with a drain snake or a drain jetter. It was not repairable. We explained to you that the drain needed to be replaced. The snaking and jetting was $595. You asked us to re-pipe your drain and we did for $995. We did not charge you for snaking or jetting. We only charged you for the re-pipe. This was all made very clear by a written quote. Please stop this nonsense and pay your invoice!
