  i have used 535 plumbing multiple times over last several years and have never been unhappy with their service It is so comforting that i can trust them before they even show up I admire their level of expertise I am never disappointed I worked with Steve and Jay today and as always i was 100 % satisfied In this day and age few workers actually take pride in their work Thanks again 535 plumbing

  Please read full review. Overwhelming, that's how I can best describe my experience with 2 other plumbing companies we've spoken to. We own an old home with a lot of issues, one of them being the plumbing. The first company we spoke to understood what we wanted done, but didn't really take in to consideration what we could afford. Another company sent a representative that wanted to pile on a bunch of stuff on top of what we were already asking. That rep literally walked around our house saying "we can do that" to every little thing he saw. I was beginning to think he was losing sight of what we really needed. Can you understand why it was overwhelming!?! THANKFULLY Shane, Dalon, Pam, Keri and the rest of the 535 crew were able to ease things down a bit for us. Shane and Dalon understood what we wanted, but made us aware of what we needed, all while considering what we could afford. 535 handled three separate issues for us within a span of 2 1/2 months. Replacement of our galvanized pipes, sewer repair and installation of our gas oven were the issues/jobs. I HAVE TO SAY MY WIFE AND I ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS AND THE PRICE. During replacement of our galvanized pipes one of the workers, Charles (I think) discussed a couple of things he needed to do to our downstairs bathroom and kitchen. His explanation was very clear and thorough. I appreciated that a lot! Also on the day the galvanized pipes were replaced, a couple of workers were having a hard time getting the downstairs kitchen sink to work, so they ended up staying later after all the other workers had left. I felt so bad for them. Our home is really old and the plumbing has not been updated for some time now, add on the fact the downstairs kitchen hasn't been used for almost 25 years, for them to get everything working again is unbelievable. We did have one small communication snafu, but it wasn't too bad. The workers were able to call the office and we squashed it immediately. Friendly and professional, great quality, yet affordable, to sum this all up! We greatly appreciate everything they've done. MAHALO!
