We had an emergency with our main sewage line, 5 Plumbers were one of few plumbers to answer the call since it was around 6pm. They gave us an estimate over the phone, and said they would be at our location in 30 minutes. They were right on time, very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They took the time to diagnose the problem, show us and explain what happened. They fixed our clogged sewage line very quickly. I will use this service again. They charged us exactly what was quoted over the phone. Thank you Joel & Bruce for coming out so quickly.

During a weekday while installing a cabinet, I punctured a water line requiring the shut down of the building's water supply. I called 5Plumbers as I needed someone to repair the line ASAP.  A technician showed up about an hour later after completing a job he was working on. The technician did excellent work and the job took less than 45 minutes.  My problem was getting  scalped for $695.00 for a job that took less than an hour. These guys took advantage of a desperate situation.

So I’ve got to update my review as we had the pleasure of meeting Bruce today to have our new kitchen faucet installed. I must say they are top notch professionals at 5 Plumbers. Fair and honest and everything is perfect! Don’t use any other plumbers just give them a call.

Joe from 5 Plumbers saved the day!! We just moved into our new house to discover we had no hot water and it’s a holiday weekend now what? I called 5 Plumbers late Saturday night and got a call back almost immediately, I explained what was going on and Joe scheduled an appointment for Sunday. He came by and tried everything possible to resuscitate our hot water heater to no avail so we had to replace it. He took the time to explain the 2 brands they carry so we scheduled the install for Tuesday as that was the soonest as all of the supply houses were closed for the holiday. As promised Joe came by and did the work and didn’t leave until he knew we had hot water. Amazing service they do what they say and show up when promised I would highly recommend them!

We used 5Plumbers for a home re-pipe. They sent Lester who was just a pleasure. He is a hard worker and did great work. Nikki in the office was also fantastic in addressing concerns as they came up. The job took a bit longer than we anticipated, but we understand that jobs don't always look as complicated as they really are at time of quote. They were affordable and stood behind their quote. I think I found my new "go to" plumbing service!

Called 5 Plumbers to replace my old polybutylene pipes during a recent remodel. Joel is amazing! He finished the job in one day for a very reasonable price! He also helped replace my outdoor spigots that were not working properly.  Will most definitely call them again for any plumbing needs!

I had an appointment for Thursday morning ,it’s Saturday afternoon now still waiting -no phone call either.Found a different plumber who came out several hours later.Good luck.

It was Saturday on the Labor Day weekend and the two professionals were great. They were on time, very pleasant, professional and really knew their business.

Their prices were very reasonable, in fact lower than I expected based on other quotes.

I would highly recommend them and will use them for all my future plumbing problems,

I was impressed by the promptness & professionalism of the manner in which Joe & John did on replacing my water heater.  They showed up on time, did the inspection, explained what the problem was, gave us a recommendation & estimate of cost.  They removed the old water heater & and had the new one installed in one hour.  I would recommend 5PLUMBERS to anyone who is in this situation.

Excellent office staff. Would have liked it more if I wasn't left with holes in the walls, an uncapped pipe, and water and dirt all over the house at the end of a long day. Paper on the floor walkways and wet vac would have been appreciated. Foam in the holes would have been nice also. And the closet door  removed won't close now. Thank you!

well im sorry to heard that but we dont do drywall and the un cap pipe that from your old solar water heater that is no longer in use and is just need to be taken down we try to clean after every job but some time if is raining out side is a bit imposoble if the guys are walking in and out we fell sorry to heard that but in plumbing we do the best job possible
