  Honest; Reliable; Knowledgeable; Talented; High Quality Work! I could go on indefinitely. There is no proper way to get what needs being said across in this format, but I’ll try my best. This company singlehandedly saved my entire investment, and quite possibly saved me from financial ruin! Backstory: I’m a first time landlord who had the most dishonest, destructive, devious, and disrespectful tenants a person could come across... as my first renters. The horrid stench of cat urine, feces, and spray from tens of cats came close to destroying my property. These tenants also never paid me a full month of rent in any of the seven months that they were in my home. You could smell the filth from a yard outside of the closed front door! That’s all before they left a bag of rotting fish, just before they fled like cowards, in the house - apparently to punish me for allowing them to live rent free for half a year. I had put nearly every penny I had to get this investment going. I thought I’d never even be able to sell the place. I was staring a financial nightmare directly in the face. 3R Industries miraculously saved my home, my investment, and very likely my sanity. I now live out of state. 3R worked remotely with me to establish a plan, guided me through the entire process, and worked tirelessly to get the work done at a superior level of quality. The value was as exceptional as the quality of work. After months of great communication, hard work, and steadfast determination to save this home we were able to return this home to a rentable state. It is nothing short of miraculous to me that 3R was able to do this. This home is now rented, looks amazing, and smells like nothing ever happened! I will only allow 3R Industries to do work for both homes I own! I’m forever indebted to Shad and 3R Industries. Thank you so much!

  Always very quick to respond. Very personable and friendly. Great work always done in a timely manner! If you need any repairs done it anything built, please call Shad! I guarantee you'll be happy with the result. He fixed our leaking toilet, repaired our roof, and even helped us replace our chimney. 💗
