  I could not be more displeased with the service I received. I hired them to move a vent pipe and a couple drain pipes and install a new hot water heater. The service person told me there was no need to hook up the water heater intake because my basement was big enough. But it kept throwing error code 99. After many hours on google and tech support and many trips to the hardware store I vented it to the outside like the directions say and now it works great. The plumber didn't even bother moving the vent pipe that I told him was my number 1 concern. They also installed the shut off valves inside the framed wall where they will be covered by sheet-rock. In addition, they installed the drain across the floor diagonally 6 inches off the ground like nobody would ever trip on it. Now I'm left wondering if the gas line work they did and water lines are up to code as well. The real kicker was they sent me a bill for 24 hours of labor at 125 an hour! They spent maybe 14 total hours in my house, and when I called Jackie she tried to justify the job as well done and the hours as being honest. I don't mind rounding up to the hour, but rounding up to the half day on top of the job quality they will never get my business again.

  Bought a house in December and the dishwasher was replaced by this company and it was just hooked up and thrown in where the old on was. It is not secured in anyway. We figured the previous owners recommend them, let us call them to look at our septic alarm and control box. My wife told them the box is making a clicking noise that is not normal. So they schedule and send out a tech. He was early, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He looked at the box and said they don't work on septic equipment or specifically, the box with the issue. He gives me a number for a business that does. He is here for less than 5 minutes and as he is leaving says that he won't charge us for the visit. A couple of days ago, we get a bill from 3 Brothers Plumbing for $125 service call. We called and told them the story, but they said because someone came to the house, it still stands. We are now sure this company will not have any part in the remodel of this house.

  We have used 3 Brothers several times in the past few years. The service we have received from them is always prompt and well done. The service techs are very competent and knowledgeable. Jackie is a delight and always does her best to get someone out to help us as soon as possible. We highly recommend 3 Brothers Plumbing!
