Tech did not show. Called customer service, they said they'll call me back after they find out what's going on. Still didn't call me back. Took a day off for absolutely nothing. Not professional in this area so would not be using their service.

Had a plumbing emergency on a Tuesday evening around 7. Called the schedule an emergency plumber per the advertised 24 hr plumbing services by this company to only be told they don’t have any service people on call. They should not advertise 24 hr service if they do not actually provide it and arguably constitutes false advertising, violating 15 U.S. Code section 52.
