  When water started spraying from a "sealed" fitting outside the house I just bought, these folks had someone on site within an hour. Tony was able to remove the rusted-corroded part and had us leak-free very quickly. I'm a DIY guy but couldn't have done this.

  Is NOT 24/7 unless you live in a major city. Their operator seemed distracted and bothered I called. Meanwhile we had 100 gallons of water pouring into our home. AWFUL
