  I'll admit they responded quickly to our request for service. That's the end of the good part. As it happened, we had our septic tank pumped out before they arrived but they charged $150 for just showing up. I don't mind paying a service call but really, couldn't you cut a little slack when you arrive and do absolutely nothing? In fact the service tech had to call because he didn't know how much to charge for doing nothing. And the owner on the phone was terribly rude in asking for the amount he wanted. The rudeness was as bad as the extortion. I would not recommend this business.

  Beth, you called us this morning asking us to aid you in an "emergency." I asked if your septic tank might be full because that may have been the cause of your issue. You assured me it was not and asked us to come out anyway. You texted me the address and later also texted me that you were "doing an emergency clean out of the septic tank but would still like 'us' to come and check for any blockages." I called you to verify we were about 20 minutes out and on our way. You again told me yes, you would be at the property and to come over. Our minimum for a service charge is $150. Moreover, we did not do "nothing" as you stated: we had dropped another job we were working on and drove across town to come to you as you had confirmed with me only minutes before. If you had been so courteous as to send me a quick text or call, this headache could have been avoided for both of us. Instead, you felt it was more advantageous to spend the time to write an unnecessary negative review.

  Chris was very understanding of my difficult situation and spent the entire day trying to correct it so we could finally have water in our home. Him and Manuel are dedicated to quality service and he made sure to do the job RIGHT. We are so grateful to their service. I would recommend them to everyone.

  I have installed new countertops and countertop installation people showed up VERY late on Friday but 1st USA still came and stay into the nights and also came on Saturday morning so that I would have my sinks and stove all working! Thank you1st USA Plumbing
