  Had some work done on a house out in Allen. Charged a "Trip fee" to pump water out of a hole and look at the job. No Free estimates. Quoted us a price and when the final bill came it was $200.00 over the price quoted. When I questioned the price with them. They said they hit rock. They might not understand there might be rocks in the ground when they bid a job. Did great work the water line works well. I will go with my other plumbing company that gives free bids and stays with the estimate they give or $50.00 around it. I had to use this company because the other company was booked up and this needed to be fixed within a week. I will only use them for my emergency fixes.The job was not a nice job to do, and I do appreciate that they could get the job done in a timely manner. If you use this company expect to pay $200.00 to $500.00 dollars over what they tell you a job will cost. Because you could live on a mound of rock.
