  The Technician’s (Justin and Brandon) who arrived were very prompt, professional and courteous. During the estimate review they were both very informative and knowledgeable. They answered all questions with confidence. Our family will definitely use 1st Call Plumbing again if the need should arise. I can’t stress enough from the initial call to a job well done the service received was outstanding!!! I will be recommending services to those who are in need!!!   David unclogged my kitchen drain and replaced my pressure regulator. They arrived at the prescribed time and was very thorough in performing the job and explaining preventative maintenance to me for the future. They were professional and very respectful. The price was affordable and I would highly recommend 1st Call to anyone requiring heating and/or plumbing repairs.

  The technician was very nice and took care of a very garden variety cartridge replacement in a residential shower. In and out of the house in a short time period. The first issue was the cost. In my experience using several plumbers both for residential and commercial, the cost was high. This simple service was $300 dollars. I politely contacted the office to communicate the issue (young lady was very nice). I was passed to the owner who called me back. This is my second issue, he felt it was important to explain to me what goes in cost like no one else could own a business instead of asking questions to understand the actual concern. That’s great and all but the fact is that the cost, in my opinion, was too high for this very simple service. Everyone was nice and professional during these conversations. I’m mad at my regular plumber for being busy. I will not be a returning for a second $300 experience.
