  Pablo and his team were better than excellent. I have had nothing but problems with handymen since buying my house and it was a breath of fresh air to deal with 1A-General Services. They were very responsive, personable and, most importantly, got the job done. They figured out problems that no one else could and use high quality material. No cutting of corners. I could tell how hard they worked throughout the process and the pride that they put into their work product. At the end, you wouldn't even know that they were here. Everything is fixed once and for all and they showed up first thing in the morning every day. Highly recommended.

  I have worked with 1A General Services for a few years now. As a property manager they are my go-to plumber. They did a great job in replacing the duct work under 10 minutes with minimal interruption to the residents. The job was done right and they did a great job cleaning up. When I have had minor work their response is same day. They evaluate the situation insure that a temporary solution is in place (when feasible) if they need to return to make the permanent repairs. They don't look for an easy way out. I had a problem with a clogged pipe in an AC system. 2 AC contractors could not figure out the problem. 1A came out and realized that the pipe that the AC companies were working on was not the ac system. They searched and a couple of hours later found the ac drain pipe buried a foot under the ground. In general - trust 1A General Services and know that they will do the job right at a fair price. Strong recommendation!

  I had a leak under my sink and it was not professionally repaired, they just put a “band aid” on the issue. Not professional work for a licensed plumber.
