I have been shopping from here since last 8 years for all my plumbing needs. There prices are very good , actually they are doing retail at wholesale prices which make it worth my while to especially go to them

Bought a 100 series pump for $300 and came with coupling defect. My plumber had to fix the machine himself. Why do I have to fix a product that is suppose to be brand new ? Owner failed to refund me or reach back out to me after take my name and number. Extremely rude owner, stealing people’s money. He said there’s nothing he can do and there’s no way to help me. Please take your money elsewhere.

The right place even at the wrong time! This place rocks , called 5 minutes until closing spoke with Adam whom confirmed what I needed was in Stock and they even went the extra mile and waited for me even though I was 12 minutes away! Awesome customer service ,friendly and more than anything else went above and beyond for a first time customer!!!

The prices for what I needed are outrages. Home depot was out of stock. I had to go here. I have no problems with something being a couple of dollars more at a mom and pop store. But twice what anybody charges is wrong. That's why I don't like shopping at small stores. I had to get it the piece I needed asap. The clerk heard me complain and gave me a discount. Big deal. I hate to feel taken advantage of.  Amazon has the same piece for 11.00 and home depot sells it for 10.00. Its a washerless cold water stem replacement.

ZERO STARS!!!!!! 107 Plumbing Supply is 100% UNPROFESSIONAL, CONS, STRAIGHT UP CROOKS......They get a 0 rating.  On 5/2/2021 Carlos installed a water heater in my house. After installing he did not confirm that the water heater was working. The next day I had to call and tell them we still have NO hot water. They send a technician only for him to say there's a broken/ non working piece. Are you kidding me... This is less than 24 hours. So Carlos installed a defective water heater in my house. I asked to get a brand new water heater they say NO we will only replace the broken piece.  This is so absurd. Only now 3 days later the water heater is leaking and hot water gets cold quickly.  104 Plumbing Supply IS THE WORST BY FAR....STAY AWAY!!!!
