  We HIGHLY recommend 1 Utility of Ohio. We had a water line break emergency and they responded and fixed it within one day. They were very professional, efficient, prompt and kept us informed about the progress. Landscaping was removed and when they were done everything was back in place. We were so pleased with their work and definitely feel they deserve to be #1 in Ohio. Pauline Starr

  Rapid response to my request for a water main repair estimate. Honest communication about costs/benefits of different options for repair (did not automatically recommend the highest cost option). Crew were efficient and courteous... even took pictures with my truck-obsessed toddler on the Bobcat! Absolutely excellent experience all around.

  One Utility of Ohio is by far the best utilities company I’ve dealt with! They offered me the best quote by far, and the best part was they dealt with the issue so quickly I almost didn’t notice them. If you have any issues call them!
