  Very poor professionalism. Was called for an interview and when I showed up, the place looked run down into the ground. The gate was locked and no one answered the phone. Wasted my time, gas and money. I would not trust this place. It seems very sketchy.

  Quick fast and reliable. I had two other companies come out with no luck. Reliable Smart plumbing fixed the problem within 30 minutes. Phillip even called a couple days later to make sure everything was working properly. These guys are the BEST!!

  Such a scam, came over for 5 min, charged me $85, and didn't fix the issue..and left the water running, I eventually had to call the city for help. I called for status check but no answer!! Never again!!

  Sorry for the inconvenience. The plumber went out and investigate the problem and it was found that your back flow was broken ,top was missing and shut off valve was broken. He explained that if the water was turned off u wouldn't have none to the house. And he had to check for parts and this was during the free when all stores was out of parts and could not get any in. We charged a reasonable price compared to others 110 or 130. But we are willing to satisfy the customer in do diligence.
