  Dave and his team were very helpful. When their website says that they put the customer first they really mean it. I had concerns about a possible mold issue in my home and obtained a few different opinions. Dave and his team were by far the most forthright and upfront with me. They came in and performed both a visual and an air quality test of my home quickly, politely and efficiently and put my concerns at ease while saving me thousands of dollars in remediation expenses that weren't necessary. I will recommend them to anyone that I know with any mold or water damage concerns going forward.

  We recently experienced a water leak from our upstairs bathroom into the kitchen ceiling. Being an older home with layers of lath, plaster, and sheetrock, the plumbers could not even attempt to repair the leak until significant parts of the water-logged ceiling were removed. Thankfully, they connected me with 1-800-Water Damage. Mr. Bittle quickly assessed the situation and then moved in his crew to begin what ended up being a fairly extensive demolition and clean-up job. I simply cannot say enough positive things about this wonderful company. The crew was extremely well-trained and worked very closely with the plumbers to ensure that the necessary areas of the ceiling were removed. They constructed temporary barriers to contain the dirt and debris, and left each day leaving the kitchen spotless. They also carefully assessed for and treated any mold growth. In every respect, this is a top-notch company and I would highly recommend to anyone experiencing water damage. Thank you 1-800-Water Damage!

  Unfortunately on Wednesday 5/29 this week, Salem Baptist Church suffered severe roof damage due to the storm that went through Salem. This storm practically blew the entire roof off our Education Building. As you can imagine the standing water and water damage was extensive inside the Church building. I contacted Dave Bittle and advised him of the situation. He immediately mobilized a crew and they were onsite within an hour. They started working immediately on removing the damaged ceiling tiles, light fixtures and began minimizing any more damage that could have occurred. They have been onsite every day and night since the incident and continue to work today getting our inside safe and usable. We have a ways to go as we were able to get a temporary roof placed while we wait for a roofing contractor to install a new roof. I just wanted to say how impressed I was with their promptness and professionalism. They have been amazing and I would recommend them for any job big or small.
