  I called 1-800 Plumber after hours on a holiday weekend because my shower valve and pipe was leaking water in the wall even after I shut off the water to my house. I was in a panic. With in minutes, literally 11 minutes Chad was at my home. The water was off and he was working to repair the shower. I will never attempt to replace plumbing fixtures on my own again. The emergency rate was more than fair and my new matte black shower fixtures are absolutely gorgeous. This “Harry Home-owner” is calling 1-800 plumber each and every time I need anything heating/ac or plumbing related fixed again! Chad Was so positive, friendly and knowledgeable. He made me feel at ease in such a stressful situation. There was nothing to worry about. This company is so responsive! You get a real person on the phone in a matter of seconds! Thank you all so very much.

  This is the third time we've used them (we have an older house). David Anderson Jr. is our plumber - we love him. He is so thorough and helpful. Explains everything well. I feel very comfortable that the job will be done right and professionally. Highly recommend them.

  This company responds quickly by sending a repairman who is nearest to your address. The service is great, the plumber was knowledgeable and did quality work, and the price was extremely reasonable. Kevin Morrow was dispatched after I answered a few questions, he arrived immediately and did an amazing job!
