A/C needed attention. Service tech came out was very punctual and after inspection determined compressor was shot. New system required. Was told sales rep would contact us for estimate and plan for replacement. Never happened. Paid for service call and did not receive any service from Jackson after inspection. Thank goodness there're other contractors in the area that may be able to satisfy our needs.

Crew was very thorough. Of system worked fine when they started it. Doug did preventive maintenance and found a bad sensor. I appreciate their thoroughness. Highly recommend this company and these gentlemen.

Had to replace heat exchanger but luckily it was under warranty so got the new heat exchanger but it was missing the heat exchanger housing and the one attached to the old heat exchanger was rusted out. Jackson Services learned that the manufacture quit making that housing so they took the old housing and fabricated a new one that works perfectly!! Technician Charles Taft was totally awesome and did a fabulous job in making the repair!!!! Charles deserves a huge thank you and a raise in my opinion!!!!! He treated my heating unit just like it was his own!!!! Thank you again Charles!!!
