  I had a furnace installed in the summer mainly for a new humidifier. They did not install it correctly. This is the second visit bc it is not working right. Spencer took the time to figure it out. It was installed incorrectly. He got it going but will come back to fix it properly. He did an excellent job and was conscientious!

  During the night we noticed the heating system was not working correctly. Called Webber’s at 8 am, by 10 am J R was in the drive. J R ask about the problem, and listen to my thoughts. Systematically he diagnosed the problem, and kept me informed as he progressed. The needed part was not on his truck but it was in stock at Webber’s. It has only been 24 hrs, since the repair, but it was 5° last night and the havc system is back to normal. A big THANK YOU and a JOB WELL DONE to J R and Webber’s. Fast service, reasonable prices, knowledgeable and courteous technicians.

  Kris installed a new AC compressor and checked our chimneys so we could turn our heat on for the first time of the season. He was quick and very knowledgeable. We will be sure to ask him to come back anytime we have heating or cooling problems.
