  We moved into a new home and have a system we are not familiar with. After our heating working for one day, it stopped working and worried us as we were getting into cold night and have two babies under 2.5 years. I called Upstate Heating and Cooling and Daniel picked up right away. As it was the end of the day, he let me know he could be here the next day and ended up being there first thing in the morning. After diagnosing what he thought was wrong and letting me know the pricing, he spoke with our home warranty company to make sure we would be reimbursed for the service! After getting into the repair, he realized it was really something else going on with the unit and actually charged us less. He worked so diligently, professionally and compassionately. He even showed me the exact part that was bad. His communication was easy and reliable. I will be calling Upstate for any further repairs or maintenance we ever need.

  We turned our AC on for the first time this year and it wasn't working. I called Upstate heating and air and spoke with Daniel who came out the same day. He arrived as promised, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He took the time to stay and make sure his Repair was all that was required and no other issues existed. He even returned shortly after leaving to double check something he thought he might have missed. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

  Scott and his team are on time! Always fair pricing and threats you with respect. Daniel came out to exchange the filter under the house, it was raining but he was very pleasant with no complaints about the weather. I highly recommend for all of your heating and air conditioning needs!
