  Alan was very friendly, polite and wonderful to work with! He worked quickly and was extremely clean. So glad we went with him to replace our basement laundry tub, he was worth every penny! We will definitely be going to him for all of our plumbing needs in the future!!

  Alan Trout is very knowledgeable and a honest plumber. He is very respectful of your property and his work is very high quality and detailed. I would not use any other plumber in the future except for trout plumbing because the job is done correct and at a very fair price compared to other companies. I would definitely recommend Trout plumbing to anyone that lives in the south hills that needs a plumber.

  I honestly wouldn't recommend this plumber. He broke the part and came back 2 weeks later saying he couldn't find the part he was looking for. We still paid for the service. Now the handle is just hanging there with the nail sticking out. That handle controls the temperature and I sometimes have to unscrew it middle of shower to get right temperature water.

  First I would like to state that the last time I talked to this customer she said she would let me know if there were any other problems, that was 3 months ago, and now with out even calling me to let me know there’s a problem, decides to complain. Second issue I have the first day I showed up I meet the Husband who showed me the handle on the shower that he broke trying to fix. He wanted me to use the parts that he bought which were not the right ones. When I couldn’t make them work. I ordered a part installed the new cartridge that (I broke) and tried to use the handles they had purchased. I had to make a screw to hold the handle on because I was trying to be nice and use what they had purchased. Third issue I have, I told the customer what it would cost to fix it properly and not mix match parts. Any one who knows me knows I go out of my way to try and make customers happy. If your not happy, why wouldn’t you call when you have the issue. And why would you wait 3 months to write a review?
